研究方向

一、基础研究:果蝇及斑马鱼早期发育调控机制研究

以斑马鱼、果蝇胚胎为研究对象,利用质谱、超高分辨显微成像、测序技术等手段研究早期胚胎发育重大事件(母源-合子转换过程、原始生殖细胞PGC的发育分化)过程中的分子调控机理。

二、应用研究:核酸类小分子药物开发

核酸类药物-反义寡核苷酸(ASO)药物的开发及应用。
